This fosmid is used to accept by recombineering the HincII fragment from [[Part:BBa_K260016|BBa_K260016]] (inside backbone [[Part:BBa_K260010|BBa_K260010]]). This reaction also transfers the blasticidin resistance gene (BsdR) to generate the new backbone [[Part:BBa_K260001|BBa_K260001]] (pCC2FosMB), then containing the same [[Part:BBa_K260016|BBa_K260016]] part.
