ackA-pta Donor
AckA-pta Donor is exogenous DNA used by cells as a template for homologous recombination repair (HDR) after SgRNA and Cas9 complexes have caused DNA double-strand breaks at the target site.

The genes at either end of the acka-pta gene were selected as the upper and lower homology arms and joined by overlap, the upper and lower homology arms were amplified separately, purified and recovered to obtain the acka-pta Donor.
