Summary: Exploring the expression conditions of the protein
In order to explore the induction conditions of this protein, we set different concentrations of IPTG and analyzed the SDS-PAGE results using software. Finally, we obtained the following table, which shows that there is not much difference in protein expression levels at three different concentrations, but the optimal concentration is 0.5mM.
