Our project aims to construct NOG pathway in C. tyrobutyricum L319 by introducing the phosphoketolase (F/Xpk) gene into the strain. Ptkt is a native transcriptional promoter in C. tyrobutyricum L319. We used this promoter to test if it can provide a robust expression in the strain.
