BS_united_China 2023: Using our last year's design BBa_K4329007, BS_United_China 2023 designed a new sgRNA for targeting ATP synthase subunit Cin E.coli, ensuring that the powerhouse of E. coli is 100% destroyed. Also, another new sgRNA sequence is designed by changing the targeting sequence of BBa_K4329007, generating the sgRNA targeting at the RNA polymerase of the engineering E.coli, so as to stop its protein from producing and eventually leading to its death.
