AI2-dependent KGF synthesis with RFP reporter and AHL production for Quaroum Sensin Death Mechanism

We wanted to be synthesized by bacteria, is KGF(Keratinocyte Growth Factor). The protein composed of 194 aminoacids and has a function to renew epitel tissue in healing period. However, it is not observed to cause any effect on cell differentiaiton. It speeds up the healing process. This is the reason why KGF gene is also important for our project. E.Coli has a spesific protein to communicate among them. This protein is called AI-2. And, the concentration of AI-2 just depends on bacteria concentration. For our mechanism, when EGF synthesizing bacteria has reached certain amount, AI-2 protein will start to be produced. In that part, our aim is to make AI-2 as a kind of signal and with the help of that signal, to start the KGF synthesis. As a result, when one type of bacteria produce EGF, the other types produce KGF. But, it should be noted that after that process, there can be a danger: the huge and uncontrolled amount of EGF and KGF. To avoid that danger, we developed another quorum sensing mechanism. As a result, all two mechanisms are completed with lysis process.
