Introduction

mScarlet, a truly monomeric red fluorescent protein with record brightness, quantum yield (70%) and fluorescence lifetime (3.9 ns)[1]

Usage and Biology

We constructed mScarlet into the composite ribozyme measurement module: twister ribozyme (constitutive expression) and ribozyme measurement module: twister ribozyme (leakage expression) to test the effiency of twister ribozyme and stem-loop.
