Mammalian Codon Optimized EYFP
We have used the codon optimized version of EYFP by Watcher, R. M. et al (1998). This protein is used to construct a FRET pair to detect DNA damage in mammalian cells. Please refer to BBa_K4814009.
The yellow fluorescent proteins (YFPs) have the longest wavelength emissions of all GFP variants examined to date.
