Design Notes
We added ZsGreen to the transfection plasmid. In this way, when the plasmid was successfully transfected into the recipient cells, the ZsGreen was expressed, and the green fluorescence could be observed under the microscope. We can observe the success rate of plasmid transfection by this protein.
