pTet-rbs-chez_histag-double terminator

This part generates the chez protein which is responsible for the dephosphorylation of cheY protein in bacteria flagella movement. A 6-histidine tail is added to the chez coding region. The pTet promoter can be repressed by the TetR repressor protein(C0040). It is constitutively on without the presence of TetR repressor.
