Design Notes

Lrp is a leucine-reactive protein expressed by E. coli itself, and exogenous leucine affects the expression of many different operons. When it is necessary to more accurately monitor the content of butyrate in the gut, it is better to ensure that there is enough Lrp protein in the human gut.

Source

The pchA and PpchA is from its organism, the enterohemorrhagic Escherichia coli strain O157:H7 (strain: Sakai, substrain: RIMD 0509952, serovar: O157:H7).

The PLEE1 is from its organism, the Escherichia coli O157:H7 str. TW14359.

CI repressor protein is known to be derived from E. coli phage (+LVA).
