PhiR73 delta with amber mutation

This is the mutated version of P2 Phage PhiR73 activator. The first TCA Serine codon is mutated to a TAG amber stop codon. The translation is ceased unless there is supD tRNA which is a amber mutation suppressor. It is one of the components of Peking 2009 Team AND Gate.
