Design Notes
We design a kind of oral probiotics to solve the oral problems, and the monellin is designed as our report module since its sweetness. And in order to make the part work better as a reporter, we choose the single strain monellin which was connect by the glycine instead of the natural double strain monellin for its better stability of heat and PH.
