Source

Anti-MBP Variable Light region found from the genetic sequence of anti-MBP IgG expressed in SHuffle E. coli [2]. The constant light region was found in the germline sequence of chickens (through the IMGT database [1]). The assembled coding sequence was codon optimised for E. coli K12.
