Low input score automatic selector w/o lethal device(with reporter): PoPS->mRFP->CI-LVA+pCI->K176240
PoPS->mRFP->cI-LVA+pCI->luxI-LVA->tetR-LVA + pCon 0.15->luxI-LVA + pCon 0.70->luxR + pLux/Tet->PoPS
Output PoPS = (Cell Density * (pCon 0.15 + Population Average (1 / (1 + Input PoPS))) + Input AHL) * Input PoPS
If output is a lethal device, cells with relative low input score in the population will be selected, cells with relative high input score will die.
The first luxI-LVA is used to calculate average score in the population.
mRFP is input score reporter.
