NisB
Originated from Lactococcus lactis subsp. Lactis, NisB is involved in the post-translational modification of the lantibiotic nisin. We managed to express NisB in E.coli for post-translational modification of NisA-affi fusion protein.
Functioned together with NisA-affi(BBa_K4307010) and NisC(BBa_K4307012), it forms composite part NisA-affi-NisB+NisC (BBa_K4307014) to produce functional NisA-affibody peptide.
