pOxyS Marionette
Input
DpB.005 is an Input device that can transcribe an electrical signal into the production of a protein that will act as a signal for our "processors" (BBa_K4216035/6/7). They are can be used to pass on signals to the Processors and downstream our signal processing pipeline. They can also be used as standalone for prototyping and debug of for specific applications

Electrogenetic TU used as a marionette (https://www.nature.com/articles/s41589-018-0168-3), pOxyS is supposed to be activated by a redox reaction itself drived by an electrode working with a potentiostat, if the device is working, it will activate the CDS of C71m(CinR)(=Bba_K4216020), CinR can then activate another promotor (Bba_K4216008).
