ADH1p+Cre+CYC1t

Cre is an enzyme that performs site-specific recombination and can be used to delete a part of sequences irreversibly.

Cre has the enzymatic activity of circularly excising the region flanked by recognition sequences called loxP. A constitutive promoter ADH1 and CYC1 terminator are used so that this part functions in yeast.
