Introduction

A new version of StayGold[1], which gives a higher expression level than the original version, and is over one order of magnitude more photostable than EGFP. The StayGold gene has been codon optimization for exogenous expression.

Worth to Notice

This part is an improved version of StayGold fluorescent reporter.
