Transcriptional unit of sgRNA targeting 16s rRNA of B.cereus

Description

This sequence contains 3 protection bases at the 5'end of the sequence, which is to protect the sequence from damage. And immediately following the T7 promoter, connecting with the sgRNA scaffold, which helps the folding of sgRNA. And at the 3'end, the target-16s region pairs with the targeted B.cereus 16srRNA sequence and enables cleavage.
