A sequence of information

According to the principle of Yin and Yang code, we transform a piece of information into a DNA sequence, which can be stored in the cell and stored stably.

Usage

he specific yin-yang rotation operation: restricted, the two selected binary subsequences (one of them or by random generation) are labeled as the upper and lower sequences. Next, a virtual base is set as the starting base. Then, 2 bases are selected by the current upper bit, and then 2 bases are selected by the current lower bit and the previous base (or the virtual base if the first round). Based on the 2 bases selected twice, the base which is at the intersection of them is selected as the current base. The Yin-Yang code combines both the rotation idea of Goldman code and the filtering idea of DNA fountain code, which can achieve a high information density (1.95 bits/base) comparable to that of DNA fountain code, and addresses the feature of asynchronous information transmission in DNA storage, which is different from the traditional information transmission system, where different information packages are independent of each other and no decoding correlation is established. This approach gives it a significant advantage over DNA fountain codes in terms of performance in dealing with base errors and sequence loss.
