Rhamose inducible sfGFP

sfGFP BBa_K4244004 under an inducible promoter BBa_K914003. For better titration using BBa_K914003 we introduced the plasmid in a Δ rhaBrhaT strain [1]. This construct was used as a positive control for BBa_K4244003, BBa_K4244005,BBa_K4244026, BBa_K4244012, BBa_K4244013.
