This part is the 3’ arm for hsa-mir-133a-3p (BBa_K4245009). It is the reverse complement to the 3’ half of the target miRNA. The 3’ arm is used, along with its 5’ arm (BBa_K4245110) in the hsa-mir-133a-3p RCA Padlock Probe (BBa_K4245204) and the hsa-mir-133a-3p RCT Padlock Probe (BBa_K4245205).
