plac-LuxCDABE
plac-LuxCDABE is a complex regulatory system of plac operon ( BBa_R0010 ) and LuxCDABE operon We designed plac-LuxCDABE as a control for observing the abundance level of bacteria.
Usage and Biology
In this biobrick, we fused the plac( BBa_K4156079 ) with the LuxCDABE ( BBa_K4156095 ) and introduced the RiboJ sequence and RBS B0034 in between. this biobrick was used to facilitate the observation of bacterial abundance changes in tumor cells while avoiding the environmental interference associated with the use of mRFP.
