Ultramarine is a blue, monomeric chromoprotein derived from the multimeric Rtms5 chromoprotein(1). UM, Monomeric blue chromoprotein

A C-terminal 6xHis tag is included to allow for protein purification for colour assays.

We introduced silent mutation at position 423 (C to G) and 519 (C to T) to remove EcorI site and make it Biobrick compatible.
