This part is the T7 regulated miRNA1-broccoli-spacer, designed to test the efficacy of our part, <partinfo>BBa_K4245201</partinfo>, the hsa-miR-1-3p RCT Padlock Probe. We were unsure if the inclusion of a spacer sequence (<partinfo>BBa_K4245160</partinfo>) affected the folding of the broccoli aptamer (<partinfo>BBa_K3380153</partinfo>). The part was designed to imitate the transcript produced when Rolling Circle Transcription (RCT) is applied to hsa-miR-1-3p RCT Padlock Probe.
