Usage and Biology
Hyper-spank promoter is an IPTG inducible promoter that has been designed for high expression. Gene expression under the control of the hyper-spank promoter can be induced by addition of IPTG. In our experiments, we use hyper-spank in combination with spoVG and use this to form the pLldR operon subunit ( BBa_BBa_K4156101 ).
