pPepT-mRFP uses the classical red fluorescent protein ( BBa_E1010 ) and the rrnB T1 and T7Te dual terminator ( BBa_B0015 ) to inter-assemble with the pPepT promoter ( BBa_K4156110 ) and introduces the RiboJ sequence as well as RBS B0034 after pPepT to optimize gene expression.
