This part has Ptac coding region and a double terminator TT. We use this part as a blank control to test our biosensor’s performance in different bacteria.


Usage and Biology

We constructed the composite part (BBa_K4242017) to control the intracellular c-di-GMP level in our engineering strain. In that part, the expression of yhjH is controlled by Ptac. To eliminate the effects from other place of the biobrick, we constructed this part and inserted it into the wide-type strain as a control.
