This part is composed of CusSR two-component signal transport system, PcusC and OmpC-CBP. When the zinc ion concentration in the environment exceeds a certain concentration, the PcusC  promotes the transcription of downstream OmpC-CBP, and realizes the adsorption of copper ions in the environment. The 6*His Tag was added to this sequence to purify the recombinant protein.

Design Notes

The lead sensor is composed of BBa_K4385009 pbr and BBa_E0040 GFP. Note the order of inducible promoter Pbc, constitutive promoter Pbr and lead-sensing regulatory protein PbrR in pbr.

Source

It is amplified from E. coli genomic DNA.
