The promoter of the nifH coding sequence on the nitrogen-fixing gene cluster is regulated by the nifA protein.
Usage and Biology
The nitrogen-fixing gene cluster comes into play due to the downstream protein expression of PnifH in the A. caul progenome[1]. The PnifH fragment was added to our designed system and sfGFP(BBa_K4115000) was expressed downstream to verify whether the artificially designed system could work normally in A. caul.
