This the final Level 2 Golden Gate assembly for the self-digesting plasmid. The transformed B.subtilis bacteria which successfully take in this construct will digest their own plasmids when germination happens. As a result, the spores produced from transformed B.subtilis will not contain any foreign DNA. This construct ensures the biocontainment.
