P2Y2-P2A-Galpha

Introduction

P2Y2 is the receptor of eATP which is chosen as our signal molecule to target tumor microenvironment (TME).

By transferring this sequence into the yeast, P2Y2 (human GPCR) and Galpha protein can be produced at the same time with the leakage of P2A peptide.

In order to improve the capability for P2Y2 to be responsiveness to extracellular ATP (eATP), substitutions (K240N and F307S) will be applied.
