sgRNA for targeting Bifunctional BirA enzyme
What is it?
CRISPR/dCas9 is a gene editing technology used to inhibit the expression from the targeted sequence inducing DNA to activate its self-repair process.
What it does?
This system insures the maximum yield of biotin. We have designed a sgRNA sequence (AAGTCACCATACGTTAGTAC) targeting the Bifunctional BirA enzyme after the production of biotin to prevent biotin from further disintegration.
