FleQ repressible promoter Ppel

Sequence for FleQ inverting regulator. Promotor is constitutively ON and repressed by FleQ. The promoter has two DNA binding sites for repressor Protein BBa_K4242000. Binding results in repression of transcription. FleQ repression is inhibited by the addition of c-di-GMP.
