We incorporated this part into the composite parts to construct igRNA (BBa_K4409007) and tested its sensitivity with the igRNA containing BBa_K2961003 (BBa_K4409010). No significant diference was observed in the sensitivy between the two parts. This part is equally suited for Cas12a handle region as BBa_K2961003.
