BBa_K4409002 serves as a guide sequence of the RNA-interacting guide RNA (igRNA) used for a CRISPR-Cas12 system in our project. It can combine with a substrate double strand DNA (dsDNA) of (BBa_K4409007) with a PAM sequence for Cas12a protein. After the binding, the igRNA activates the Cas12a enzyme to cleave the DNA. To form an igRNA, this part can be coupled with our trigger-RNA sensor (BBa_K4409005) which contains a loop sequence complementary to it, so that the loop sequence can block this part when no trigger is in the system.

BBa_K4409002 serves as a guide sequence of the RNA-interacting guide RNA (igRNA) used for a CRISPR-Cas12 system in our project.
