This part attaches a Si-tag separated by a Gly-Ser linker to a protein. This part was designed as a Type NO part for JUMP assembly. Missing TTCG at the end to complete the sequence, as this is regenerated by the O part 3' fusion site in JUMP assembly. Add TTCG at the end to use as a normal part.
