Lysozyme C (Lysis protein)
Lysozyme C (Lysis protein)is an enzyme that induce cell lysis in E.coli, B. subtilis and P. putida
Usage and Biology
The enzyme functions by hydrolyzing glycosidic bonds in peptidoglycans. Also, It induce cell lysis in E.coli, B. subtilis and P. putida. These protein has primarily a bacteriolytic function. We will express this protein either to induce cell lysis to prevent the accumulation of modified bacteria in plant rizosphere and to release dsRNA into the environment.
