Fusarium Trigger Sequence
This part is a fragment of the FRP1 gene of the Fusarium oxysporum species. This fragment is intended to be used in order to interact with the Fusarium Toehold w/ GFP Reporter (Part BBa_K3725020), as well as the Improved Fusarium Toehold w/ GFP Reporter (Part K3725022), to unravel the hairpin loops in the switches, and allow for expression of the GFP reporter proteins downstream.
