AIDA signal sequence
Signal sequence of the AIDA-I autotransporter derived from pRAIDA2.1 Will be cleaved prior to secretion of the autotransporter. Must be used together with the autotransporter to allow display of a protein of interest (POI) on the bacterial surface. The gene encoding for the POI is to be inserted downstream of the signal sequence and upstream of the autotransporter.
