gen3 210-3p-517-5p AND-Gate Anti-miRNA

This anti-miRNA is vital to the use of our AND gate toehold switch (part BBa_K3905006). This anti-miRNA is an RNA strand containing bases complementary to both the 517-5p and 210-3p micro-RNAs. This means that when both RNAs are present a complex can form that can be used as a trigger for our AND toehold switch.
