This part consist of the AgrC-AgrA quorum-sensing signal transduction system of S.aureus regulated by pBad promoter from E. Coli(BBa_K206000).The activity of this two-component system in turn regulate P2 promoter which is studied using GFP expression(BBa_K391000)
The regulation of P2 promoter by the two-component system when both Pveg and P2 promoter are aligned in the same direction is studied using this system.
