Unidirectional model of AIP-1 sensor of S aureus regulating GFP intensity using P2 promoter

This part consist of the AgrC-AgrA quorum-sensing signal transduction system of S.aureus regulated by pBad promoter from E. Coli(BBa_K206000).The activity of this two-component system in turn regulate P2 promoter which is studied using GFP expression(BBa_K391000)
