OmpT protease is highly expressed in E. coli, and the signal peptide of the amino-terminal 1 9 amino acid residues of its protein precursor is recognized, sheared and processed by the signal skin enzyme during transmembrane and then secreted into the peripheral lumen of the cell, so the signal skin sequence can be used to construct a secretory prokaryotic expression vector. By adding the ompT signal peptide sequence before the Mcherry gene expressed in the vector, the amino-terminal end of Mcherry can be secreted outside the cell under the guidance of the OmpT signal peptide.
