Applications of BBa_K3788002

PCR amplification of Ghisp20 gene :

The DNA sequence of Ghisp20 was amplified by PCR Q5 to generate fragment allowing a SLIC cloning. The expected size is 570bp and a +/- 600bp band is observed. Amplification of DNAs sequences with primers was validated.
