miR21 target
The miR21T is miR21's target.When miR21 combined with miR21T, it will inhibit the expression of target gene.
miR21 target
T21 is called miR21T in our project, it is a DNA sequence that can be the target of miRNA21. We have enhanced the method used by iGEM17_Greece in 2017 and inserted a piece of T21 in target gene 5’UTR and 4 pieces of T21s in 3’UTR, significantly improved the efficiency of miR21 targeting T21 and suppressing the expression of target gene, meet our feedback suppression requirement in our loop.

2.Experiment
2.1 Method
We used LUC as report genes to reflect the level of expression through detecting luminescence value at 560nm wavelength and the error REN luminescence caused by the number of eliminated cells
2.2 Result
Fig.2 miR21 inhabited the expression of reporter LUC
