Coding sequence

In order to find an appropriate expression intensity to achieve balance between metabolic burden and yields of products, NAU-CHINA designed three composite parts including three promoters with different intensity(twins). This composite part contains the low intensity promoter (BBa_J23105) and RBS. The composite part can be directly imported into plasmid and express SefA gene.
