From the literature, we know that Lcp1VH2 possesses water solubility (andler, et al, 2019). Also, our experiments tell us that lcp is extremely difficult to purify. Therefore, we tried to use signal peptide and secretion system to cooperate to secrete the effective protein out of the cell.
