After many attempts at assembly, we were not able to build this part. See this [http://www.bio.davidson.edu/courses/genomics/2008/DeLoache/HonorsThesis.pdf document] for many information on the failed attempts at assembly. We have moved on to a different design of the promoter, in part because we discovered cross reactivity between LuxR and 3OC12. After many attempts at assembly, we were not able to build this part.
