The gene for producing this toxin  (<partinfo>BBa_K3889027</partinfo>) has been kept under the inducible promoter gsiB (<partinfo>BBa_K3889013</partinfo>) that is induced by SigB. The cassette is completed by placing a double terminator (<partinfo>BBa_B0015</partinfo>)  of Bacillus subtilis downstream to the gene of interest bpDNase 1 producing gene.
